Steps To Download Bank Feed Transactions In QuickBooks Desktop Using Web Connect

  • First, go to the menu for banking.

  • Choose bank feeds centre from the bank feeds menu.

·         Click on the bank account you want from the list of accounts. You can change or remove items by choosing an option from the drop-down menu under Send items to the bank.

·         Choose this option when you're ready to get the transactions. Also, remember that you should choose the transaction list if you've already downloaded the transactions but haven't looked at them yet.

·         Click on the Sync tab. If you only want to download transactions for one account, choose the Sync This Account tab. You can also choose the option to Sync All for This Bank and then download all of your transactions for all accounts with the same bank.
